New Construction Progress Update – 3 Bedroom | 2 Bathroom Home

We're excited to share the latest progress on this beautiful new home currently under construction!

The exterior framing, roof system, windows, and siding have been completed, giving the home its full shape and character. Inside, the vaulted ceilings and open-concept living area are now framed, showcasing the spacious design and natural light that will make this home feel both welcoming and comfortable.

With rough construction moving along smoothly, the craftsmanship and attention to detail are becoming more visible every day. The home's thoughtful layout includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open living, dining, and kitchen space designed for modern living.

Next up: insulation, drywall, interior finishes, cabinetry, flooring, and exterior paint as we continue bringing this home to life.
